Shipping Policy
Every order is a little care package for someone's pet, and we treat it that way. This page walks you through how your order travels from our warehouse to your door, and what to do on the rare occasion something needs to go back.
Return & Exchange Policy
We back every purchase, and we'd rather fix a problem than leave you stuck with something that didn't work out. You've got 30 days from delivery to send eligible items back, as long as they're unused, in the original packaging, and still in resalable shape. Keep your order number or receipt handy, since we'll need it to process things.
A few categories can't come back to us, mostly for health and safety reasons. That includes fresh or frozen food, anything consumable that's already been opened (treats, supplements, grooming products), prescription items, gift cards and digital products, and anything marked Final Sale.
